George and his team are an extremely hardworking crew, totally committed to delivering on time and to the customer's request. Our work was started and completed within two days. George's advice was invaluable when it became clear the original plan would need amending due to some issues with floors. Final cost was above the original quote price but reflected the additional required labour and materials. He was willing to take a flexible approach to the work and was able to meet our last-minute requests for the use of different materials. We are pleased with the work that has been undertaken.

George and his team did a great job with the brickwork for my rear extension. They were punctual and professional. They finished all brickwork less than a day and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them for future projects. Well done guys! 🙂

George did a great job! Our radiators were not heating properly and one had a leak for quite long time, he repaired the radiators in just a couple of hours. Very trustworthy and honest. Will definitely be using again for other jobs. Overall very happy.

MGM Construction and Maintenance did a great job of knocking down two chimney stacks in my house and making the interior good again. The job involved some complicated structural work including supporting steel beams in the basement. Not only are George and his crew truly the Jacks of all trades, but they are also punctual and very considerate. They did exactly what was agreed and also threw in a few little extras. I will be happy to retain their services again in the future and have no reservations in recommending them to even a very discerning customer.

George was back on Tuesday when the carpenter with whom I arranged the job hadn't shown up. The best thing in my customer experience with Construction and Mgm Maintenance Ltd and George personally is that they will accommodate your emergency as much as they can.
